You'll be involved in the full recruitment cycle including winning new business, and will have commercial recruitment experience at management level, with strong client facing skills, sound business acumen and inspirational leadership skills. You will be responsible for the daily running and strategic forecasting of this highly successful office, which sees average perm fees of £5K and average temp margins of £5 per hour.
