Job Description
Reporting directly into the CEO, the Client Services Director will have direct responsibility for two teams (relationship and activity), you’ll have a part to play in ensuring their clients receive outstanding service and that the internal teams are managed, motivated and excited about the role they play. As Client Services Director you’ll be able to deliver the highest quality of work and will, by your very nature, “do the detail”. Process will be high on your agenda and you will guide and develop your teams in this way.
