As Commercial Development Director your remit is to take the lead role in the planning and delivery of commercial development projects within the existing centres including the potential for significant multi million pound Capex projects as well as working closely with the Chief Executive on opportunities to grow the business by tendering for the management of new leisure and service contracts within the region.
