Job Description:

Serves as overall client relationship manager and strategic business partner for key accounts, in liaison with Practice Leaders and Subject Matter Experts. Responsible for developing and expanding new business opportunities within established accounts and prospective clients. Oversees the sales process and coordinates with Practice Leaders and subject matter experts to ensure client satisfaction. Reports to the Vice President, Account Management and has no direct reports. Nonetheless, is an important leader on the team.
