Work with and follow the guidance of the Business Support Director. Establish and maintain a defined recurring sales business plan for all products in agreement with the Business Support Director. Delivery of specific objectives within the UK and Ireland Business Plan and other personal objectives set by the Business Support Director. Establish and maintain a program of business development activities with existing clients across all products.
