Business Development is a FIM unit responsible for establishing significant third-party alliances that help build and drive FIM’s business by negotiating key deals; and also drives specific strategic initiatives, across Europe. The guiding mission is to help the country teams, and thereby FIM Europe, to reach their targets (by building successful partnerships, while maximising FIM’s opportunities and rights and minimising its risks and obligations).
